A: Yes, we are.

Q: How long will my first cleaning take?

A: For home cleaning, it can take 3-6 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.

Q: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

A: Yes, we bring everything. However, if you prefer us to use your products or equipment, we are happy to accommodate that as well.

Q: What type of cleaning equipment do you use?

A: We use the Hoover commercial line of vacuums, which have a strong 3.5hp motor, 120 CFM of suction, HEPA filter and only 66dB of noise.

Q: Can I book recurring cleaning services?

A: Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning services. Discounts are offered for more frequent cleaning.

Q: How much do you charge?

A: Each home is different, therefore we can’t predict how much it will cost to clean your home until we see it. Some factors that will influence our service fee are the size of the home, how clean it is already and the frequency of cleaning our customer requests. However, we happily offer no obligation, free in-home estimates.

Q: Do you offer all natural cleaning products?

A: Yes, if all natural cleaning is desired make sure to let us know when booking your appointment.

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: Cash, Zelle, Check & Credit Card. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For checks, make payment to ‘Smith Fresh & Clean, LLC”.
